Hello Everyone,
I have to admit I’m intimidated by this blog thing…no computer genius here! I think it will be fun to keep in touch even more than Cheryl and Janice have done for all of us so far, thanks guys.
We’ve had almost our normal rainfall here on California’s central coast; 20 inches. Means we will have plenty of water next summer, but it also means a bumper crop of weeds. I’ts beautiful right now since we are living in a honey-scented pink cloud of almond blossoms. Life is good!

Just a quick note to try and touch base with ole friends from the good ole days.
I worked while in school at FW Wolworths, Mayfair Market, A&W root beer (when it first opened), Big sky drive inn, and Watkins GMC, before joining the Air Force after High School.
The AF settled me down and I was married and had 4 children and 8 grand children and at this time 1 great grand child.
After a Heart problem at 39, a stroke at 60, which put my complete right side asleep, I retired and moved to North West Florida to a small town called Niceville, where the only thing on my plate is fishing and dabbling in woodworking in my home shop.
Now, with this new Blog site, lets hear what the rest of the gang is doing.

Hi Chuck and Cheryl, the weather was great down here in San Diego today, about 82 and clear. I can’t wait for others to join us so we can connect. Thanks for making this happen Cheryl!
Hi Cheryl,
You’ve done it again.
The Blog is a great idea
Looking forward to hearing from everyone.
